Opening Soon: 37xDubai — More Than Just A Gallery
We are thrilled to finally introduce the most ambitious venture we ever took on: 37xDubai.
37xDubai is a Morningstar Ventures-backed immersive and interactive digital art gallery located in the Burj Daman Tower (DIFC area) — the heart of Dubai’s business and lifestyle center.
As we are currently in the final construction stages of the gallery, we will officially open our doors in Q1 2023. Until then, here is a sneak peek of what you can expect, 37xDubai’s mission, and some first glances at the gallery’s interior.
37xDubai aims to bridge Art and Technology
The merge of both Art and Technology lies at the core of 37xDubai. By bringing forth a new concept focused on web3 education, traditional art, digital art, NFTs, entertainment, and community, the gallery aims to become a reflection of the ever-changing art world we experience today — and gives its visitors a new engaging way to experience it.
Digital art first came on the scene in the ’60s, when artists would combine mathematical, technological, and artistic skills to create art on a computer. The new art form evolved as technology became more advanced, making it more accessible throughout the years with the introduction of the internet. Digital art is an “everything goes” form of creativity that seamlessly combines the digital world with physical components. In the last 2 years, an influx of web3 artists created their works with blockchain technology, allowing them to be stored transparently and in a decentralized fashion.
The global NFT market is projected to reach 23.9% between 2022 and 2028. In the UAE alone, 23% of people own at least one NFT, ranking the region first compared to Europe (8%) and the U.S. (2.8%). MoMa, Sotheby’s, and other institutional players in the art scene have also opened NFT or Metaverse-related initiatives or shown interest in the space over the past years.
With a focus on showcasing a carefully curated collection of art mixed with various digital experiences, 37xDubai is more than just a gallery. Via educational programs, brand activations, private events, and monthly gatherings, our creative space aims to be a center for creativity fueled by a global community of artists and web3 enthusiasts.
State-of-the-art design and luxurious interior awaits you
The design and architecture of the 37xDubai gallery are highly sophisticated, filled with state-of-the-art equipment high-quality interior that interconnects all sound and lighting infrastructure within the space. The space will be filled with digital and physical artworks, ranging from AR/VR experiences to generative art, installations, sculptures, and more.
Experienced team, funding, and a big vision
Less than one year ago, Morningstar Ventures co-founder Danilo S. Carlucci met up for dinner with now 37xDubai CEO Clemence Cazeau, who shared extensive experience in the art and auction houses industry and was keen on all things NFTs. Not long after that creative gathering sparked the vision of 37xDubai. Danilo and Morningstar Ventures’ co-founder, Arut Nazaryan, decided to kickstart and fund this new gallery concept, put together a dedicated 37xDubai team led by Clemence Cazeau, find a location, and eventually commence construction to make the idea a reality. Morningstar Venture is the sole backer of the 37xGallery in Dubai, and with its extensive network in the web3 space, is already creating curiosity about this concept. More to share soon.

We cannot reveal everything at once, but one thing is sure, regardless of where you are in the world, we want you to be able to engage with our project and discover our ever-growing community.
There will be various ways for you to interact with 37xDubai and our movement beyond simply visiting our space. And yes — before you ask, we will be issuing various NFT drops in the upcoming months, allowing enthusiasts from anywhere to get involved in the project. So, keep an eye out for that announcement.
Without a doubt, creativity doesn’t have any limitations. As we are planting the seed for a new journey, many exciting question marks will shape how our uniquely positioned concept will develop — and throughout this journey, your voice will matter.
